Description
Serves as receptionist for the plant. Answering telephones and greeting visitors during business hours. Retrieve, open, date stamp and distribute mail. Ship UPS packages and maintain UPS records. Records and maintains donation requests and records in SAP. Scanning packets & sending AP to corporate. Ordering plant supplies. Create purchasing documents and compile with packing slips and invoices. Arrange payment of various check requests. assist with inventory entry in SAP. Create procedure manuals as job procedures change. Maintains operation of Facsimile and Copying Machines. Back-up various jobs when other office personnel not available or on vacation. Have good communication and organizational skills. Perform any other duties assigned.
Reading, verbal, quantitative and writing skills normally attained through the completion of high school education. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines and work under pressure with a positive attitude. Effective team player; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate strength in attention to detail. Spend 80% of time sitting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in decision making. Communicate with outside sources with professionalism, including but not limited to trucking companies, corporate employees, etc. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, work without direct supervision on daily assignments, follow all Personal & Food Safety, 5s, & Company Policies.
