About the Role
Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Human Resources, responsibilities include providing strategic and operational human resources leadership for the company. The Sr. HR Manager will administer human resources policies, programs, and best practices for HQ and Field Sales management and employees. Responsibilities will include assisting Plant HR Managers in delivering human resource solutions as needed.What You’ll Do
- Apply EEOC, DOL, FMLA, ADA, and other HR laws and regulations to ensure compliant HR practices.
- Administer compensation programs by conducting job analyses, benchmarking roles, and performing market analyses.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, training and development, succession planning, and strategic HR activities.
- Manage employee relations by interpreting labor laws and resolving workplace concerns.
- Complete legal reporting requirements such as EEOC and VET‑100 filings with accuracy.
- Influence leaders across all levels to support HR strategies, organizational change, and best‑practice adoption.
- Leverage strong business acumen to guide decision‑making and align HR actions with organizational goals.
- Exercise sound judgment to make informed, timely HR decisions.
- Communicate effectively through strong interpersonal skills and clear oral, written, and presentation abilities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems to support data management and HR operations.
- Deliver HR expertise to HQ, Field Sales teams, and U.S./Canada manufacturing sites as needed.
- Coordinate major HR programs across multiple locations to ensure consistent application and execution.
- Coach and counsel managers and employees to strengthen leadership skills and resolve HR issues.
- Support Benefits Managers by analyzing and implementing employee benefit programs.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IR/LR or related field.
- PHR, SPHR, CCP preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a senior manager role.
- Preferably 5 years in manufacturing and/or consumer products industry.
- At least 2 years in a corporate office environment.
- Experience supporting a sales organization is a plus.
